At Showroom316, we are committed to working with partners who share our values of fairness, sustainability, & creativity. We proudly manufacture, sample, & outsource all production with a strict adherence to ethical labor practices, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, & respect for garment workers at every step.
We collaborate with a range of independent sample makers, cutters, and manufacturers throughout Los Angeles, many of whom are small, family run businesses. By choosing to work locally, we’re able to maintain transparency, reduce emissions, & support our surrounding community.
Less than 2% of garment workers in the U.S. are paid a living wage (Collective Fashion Justice, 2025).
Our mission is to be part of the shift to advocate for better standards in an industry long plagued by exploitation.
